About our sunroom contractor business in Santa Ana
How I came to build sunrooms in Santa Ana
For years I ran the schedule for a busy remodeling company, and I watched jobs come apart when one step got rushed or skipped. I wanted to know the work from the ground up, so I moved out onto the crews and learned to build rooms myself. In 2017 I started this business in Santa Ana as a sunroom contractor that plans the whole room before anyone orders a part or cuts into anything.
Most of our calls come from homeowners who want to close in a patio or add a room they can use more of the year. What I care about is that the room you sign for is the room you get, with nothing left to guess about. Most trouble on these jobs starts with a skipped step, like a weak base under the room or a late choice about heating and cooling, so we settle those things at the start while they're still easy to change. You can see the kinds of rooms we build on our home page.
Licensing and insurance
Santa Ana business license
The city requires a business license for every business working inside its limits, and its permit rules say a contractor needs a current City of Santa Ana business license. It's a fair thing to ask about before anyone starts on your house, because it tells you they're set up to work in the city.
Licensed and fully insured
Licensed and fully insured. Ask us about it when I come out to measure, the same way you'd ask anyone who's going to build onto your house.
Serving Santa Ana Since 2017
What working with us is like
Every choice settled before work starts
We put every choice on paper before anyone orders a part, including how the room will be heated and cooled, so it goes up in order and you know what's coming next. When your room needs a permit, we prepare the plans, file with the city's Building Safety Division and meet the inspector, and we keep you posted along the way.
One person from measuring to the finished room
I come out to look at your job and measure it myself, and our own installers do the build. I stay your contact from that first visit until the room is done, so you're always talking to someone who knows your room.
An estimate built on what's really there
Before we price anything, I check the slab, deck or patio cover the room would sit on, because what's under the room shapes the whole job. Your free written estimate spells out what it covers, from the base to the glass to the roof, so you can compare it fairly with anyone else's.
