Who this policy covers
This policy explains how Sunridge Santa Ana Sunrooms & Patios handles the information you share when you use our website, call us or ask for an estimate. We're a sunroom contractor in Santa Ana, CA, and we only collect what we need to answer you and do the work you ask for.
It applies to every page on our site, from the home page to about us and contact. If you hire us, anything we agree to in writing about your project also applies to that job.
What information we collect
Most of what we have comes straight from you when you fill out our form, call (657) 205-6766 or talk with us on site. That usually includes:
Your name, phone number and email address, so we can reply.
Your street address and city, so we know where the job is and can schedule a visit.
Details about your project, such as the kind of sunroom or patio work you want, rough sizes and any photos you send.
We also collect some information automatically when you visit the site. This includes your device and browser type, the pages you view, how you reached us and a general location based on your internet address. We collect it through cookies and analytics tools, which the next sections explain.
How we use your information
We use what you give us to answer your questions, set up and give your estimate, schedule and do the work, and follow up afterward. We may also use it to keep records for billing, warranty questions and taxes.
We use the automatic site data to see which pages people find useful and to fix pages that don't work well. We don't use it to build a profile of you.
We won't sell your personal information or rent it out for anyone else's marketing.
Who we share it with
We share information only with people who help us run the business or the job, and only what they need. That includes the outside service that runs our contact form, our website and analytics providers, and suppliers or trade partners working on your project.
We may also share information when the law requires it, such as for a permit, an inspection, a court order or to protect our rights, our crew or our customers.
Cookies and site analytics
Cookies are small files your browser saves so a site can remember your visit. We use them to keep the site working and to count visits and page views in a general way.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and the site will still work for reading and for sending the form. Some analytics providers also offer their own opt-out tools.
How long we keep your information
We keep your information as long as we need it to answer you, finish your job and handle any warranty or follow-up questions. After that, we keep only what we need for tax, legal or business records, and we delete or securely discard the rest.
If you reached out and never hired us, we don't keep your details any longer than we need them to finish that conversation.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us what personal information we have about you, ask us to correct it or ask us to delete it. You can also ask us to stop contacting you at any time.
If you live in California, state privacy law may give you more rights over your information. We'll honor the rights that apply to you, and we won't treat you differently for using them.
Before we act on a request, we may ask you to confirm who you are so we don't hand your information to someone else.
Children's privacy
Our site is meant for homeowners and adults planning projects, not children. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 13, and if we learn we have, we'll delete it.
Keeping your information safe
We take reasonable steps to protect what you share with us, and we limit who can see it. No website or email is completely secure, so please don't send payment card numbers or other sensitive details through the form.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when our site or the way we work changes. When we do, we'll post the new version on this page, and it applies from the time it's posted.
Questions or privacy concerns
If you have a question about this policy, want to make a request or think we've mishandled your information, reach out through our contact page or call (657) 205-6766. We'll look into it and get back to you within 1 business day.
