Agreeing to these terms

These terms cover your use of the Sunridge Santa Ana Sunrooms & Patios website and any estimate or work you ask us for. By using the site, calling us or sending a request through our contact page, you agree to them.

If you don't agree, please don't use the site. A signed written agreement for a specific job wins over these terms wherever the two differ.

What we do

Sunridge Santa Ana Sunrooms & Patios is a sunroom contractor in Santa Ana, CA. We design, build and remodel sunrooms, patio enclosures, screen rooms, solariums and patio covers for homes in Santa Ana and the cities around it. What we show on this site is general information about our work and the trade. It isn't a promise that a particular design, product or schedule will fit your house. We confirm that only after we've seen the site and put the scope in writing.

Estimates and pricing

Estimates are free, given on site and come with no obligation. An estimate is our best figure based on what we can see and what you tell us at the visit, so it can change if the scope changes or if we find something once the work is open, such as damaged framing, a weak slab or hidden water damage.

We won't charge for changes or extra work unless you've approved them first, in writing. Prices for materials and products can move between the estimate and the signed agreement, so an estimate is good only for the period it states.

Scheduling, delays and cancellation

We set a start date with you once the agreement is signed and any needed approvals are in place. Permit requirements depend on your city, and your written agreement will say who is responsible for them.

Dates can move because of weather, product delivery, inspections or conditions we couldn't see beforehand. We'll tell you as soon as we know about a delay, and we aren't liable for delays outside our reasonable control.

If you need to cancel or reschedule, call us at (657) 205-6766 or use the contact page as early as you can. Your written agreement sets out any cancellation terms and charges, alongside any cancellation rights the law gives you.

Payment

Your written agreement lists the price, any deposit and when each payment is due. Payments are due on the dates the agreement gives.

If a payment is late, we may pause work until it's settled. Materials and work stay our property until they're paid for, to the extent the law allows.

Warranties and disclaimers

We stand behind our work, and any written warranty for your job is spelled out in your agreement. Products such as glass, vinyl, aluminum framing and roofing panels usually carry their maker's own warranty, which the maker handles under its terms.

Warranties don't cover damage from misuse, lack of upkeep, changes made by others, settling of the ground or house, or storms and other events outside our control. Apart from what your written agreement says, the website and its content are provided as they are, without other warranties of any kind.

Limits on our liability

We're licensed and fully insured. To the extent the law allows, Sunridge Santa Ana Sunrooms & Patios isn't liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, such as lost use of a room or lost income, arising from the website or our work.

Our total liability for any claim tied to a job is limited to the amount you paid us for that job, unless the law requires otherwise. Nothing here limits liability that can't be limited by law.

Settling a disagreement

If something isn't right, tell us first so we can come back out and look at it. Most problems get fixed faster that way than any other.

If we can't settle it between us, either side may take it to court in Orange County, California, unless your written agreement sets out a different process.

Governing law

These terms and any work we do are governed by the laws of the State of California.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time, and the version on this page is the one in force. A change doesn't affect a written agreement you've already signed with us.
